Digital Health Navigator Pro is 24 core hours plus an 8-hour 21st Century work-readiness strand. It includes an optional 180-hour internship log with supervisor sign-off, badges at 4, 8, 16 and 24 hours, and a final exam.

Time on task is tracked to the minute and exports for WIOA and funder reports. Learners can keep climbing into CHW Pro or Home Care & Digital Caregiving.

3. School district CTE director
Subject: A health careers ladder for your CTE students

I'm Coach Lucy, CEO of The Force for Health® Network. We built a CTE Workforce Pathway that starts with digital health and leads into health careers.

Students start with Digital Health Navigator Pro (24 + 8 hours). Then they move into CHW Foundations or Junior CHW (ages 16–17), whose My Healthy IDEAS capstone is used in a certified Junior CHW course approved by the State of Ohio. Or they move into Home Care & Digital Caregiving, mapped to Arizona CTE Home Health Aide 51.2602 and AHCCCS Direct Care Worker standards.

When students earn a listed credential such as DCW (with hands-on testing at a partner program), Arizona districts can earn the $1,000 per-graduate industry credential incentive.
