Arizona: $1,000 per-graduate incentive

Districts can earn Arizona's $1,000 industry credential incentive when students earn a listed credential. Direct Care Worker (DCW) is on the ADE list for program 51.2602.

FFH prepares students. Hands-on skills testing and the RN skills check happen at a partner program (for example Pima JTED or an AHCCCS-approved training & testing program). FFH provides CNA/LNA prep only, not the credential. Confirm current incentive rules with ADE.
