Every sickle cell organization we could confirm in the U.S., with the federal funding each one received. This is the prospect list for the Command Center: one hub, with each organization in its own closed workspace.

Funded by HRSA. It stays free and public, and its code is shared in a public GitHub. Members and staff use it to track health, learn, connect and log engagement.

🧭 The Command Center: the operating system
Built and owned by The Force for Health® Network, separate from any grant. Partners subscribe to it to run their programs, report, and track impact. It connects to the free app, and it has no HRSA obligations.

What makes each workspace truly closed
Today, View as is a preview. It shows exactly what each role will see. Real separation needs the partner sign-in, built on FFH’s own platform and not on the HRSA-funded app:
- Organizations + memberships. Each person belongs to one organization with one of the five roles.
- Row-level security. Every report and record carries its organization ID. The database itself refuses to show a partner anything outside their own organization, so it isn’t just the page hiding it.
- Hub roll-up. The Executive Hub Director and Staff read de-identified totals across organizations. No member-level health data crosses organizations.
- Invite flow. The Partner Director invites their own staff, and Super Admin approves new organizations when a subscription starts.
- Free-app link. Each organization connects its members on the free 360° SCD Hub App. Engagement counts flow into its workspace; HRSA-funded code is not resold.

🔌 Back-End Tracing
The API layer under the features. The four tracker endpoints were smoke-tested live (SCFA_Coach admin) on 2026-05-18 → each returned HTTP 200. Member data flows through these endpoints on the BuddyBoss/WordPress backend, written to wp_scfa_tracker_entries.

🛡️ Admin SOPs · Data Privacy Requests
When a member uses the app's built-in privacy tools, WordPress emails the admin a "request confirmed" notice (from SCFA_Coach, subject like [360° SCD Hub] Confirmed: Export Personal Data). That means it is the admin's turn to fulfill it. Two request types exist — Export (give the member a copy of their data) and Erase (delete / anonymize it). Handle every one; the request row is your audit trail.

🔐 How Member Health Data Is Protected — Executive Explainer
The Foundation's standing answer to “is our members' health information safe?” — written for the Executive Team and usable with a board, a funder, or a partner health system. Each claim is marked Verified (confirmed against the live Hub, August 2026) or flagged as still open, so nothing is overstated.
