📑 Contract Review (Kevin Responses)
The live surface answering the client Tech Lead's questions — 7 points + 12 issues, each with an auto-saving notes box, including the BuddyBoss App update-cadence audit (Aug 2025 → Jun 2026) added post-call.

🔌 Back-End Tracing
The API layer under the features. The four tracker endpoints were smoke-tested live (SCFA_Coach admin) on 2026-05-18 → each returned HTTP 200. Member data flows through these endpoints on the BuddyBoss/WordPress backend, written to wp_scfa_tracker_entries.

Contract paper trail
🛡️ Admin SOPs · Data Privacy Requests
When a member uses the app's built-in privacy tools, WordPress emails the admin a "request confirmed" notice (from SCFA_Coach, subject like [360° SCD Hub] Confirmed: Export Personal Data). That means it is the admin's turn to fulfill it. Two request types exist — Export (give the member a copy of their data) and Erase (delete / anonymize it). Handle every one; the request row is your audit trail.
📤 Export Personal Data — step by step

| 2 | Find the member's row (match the email in the notice). Status must read Confirmed — that means they verified the request by email, so you're cleared to act. |
| 3 | Click Send export link. WordPress bundles all their personal data (profile, BuddyBoss activity, comments, and anything each plugin registers) into a ZIP and emails the member a secure download link that expires in ~3 days. |
| 4 | Prefer to review first? Click Download to pull the ZIP yourself, check it, then share it your own way. |
| 5 | The row flips to Completed automatically. Leave it — that's the record. |
🗑️ Erase Personal Data — handle with care
