🎪 Summit planning — together, and easy
Dr. Sue Roe facilitated the Summit beautifully. As she steps away, the Network needs a team facilitator — one place where members claim a lane, tasks stay on track, and no single person has to hold it all. That's where The Force for Health comes in.
And the record behind it — every figure traces to a distributed briefing.

Calendar
One calendar, two audiences — Public events publish to the website; Members-only committee & network sessions never leave. Every event exports to Google Calendar and Outlook (.ics).
.ics URL) so new meetings appear automatically in Outlook or Google — that feed is generated when the Command Center is deployed.Create event
Created events appear on the list and month view immediately with Google/Outlook export. On deploy they write to the Network's shared calendar.
🔗 Integration
Each event's "+ Google" button opens a pre-filled Google event. A shared Network calendar can be embedded for members.
"+ Outlook (.ics)" downloads a standards .ics that opens in Outlook, Teams, or Apple Calendar. A subscribable feed keeps it in sync.
On deploy, the Network's own Outlook/Google calendar becomes the source of truth — invitations go to Seat 1 / Seat 2 per member org.
Meeting Admin · auto-content studio
The Force for Health can serve as the Network's meeting administrator. From each meeting's notes (or a Zoom transcript / VTT), the Command Center auto-drafts three things every time — you approve before anything files or publishes.
1 · Summary
A tight recap of decisions and action steps — the briefing the Network already distributes, generated in minutes.
2 · Official minutes
Attendance, agenda, motions, decisions and action items in the record's own format — ready for adoption.
3 · Public blog post
A friendly, public-facing story that pulls the important quotes and drives membership — the social/website feed.
📄 Official Minutes — draft (June 12, 2026)
2. In-kind support. Agreed in-kind be treated as equivalent to a membership fee; a formal submit/review/approve process to be created.
3. Membership. Discussed output/outcome focus, membership categories, and who else to invite.
4. Fiscal agent. AC4 to continue as fiscal agent near-term; other sources to be investigated.
5. Grants. Pursue Vitalyst (SD1) first, then Covista (SD2).
6. Recognition. Co-Chairs thanked Dr. Sue Roe for her leadership as she transitions off.
Action item. Tennille to contact non-member participants in late July re: newsletter opt-in.
📰 Public blog post — draft (with pulled quotes)
Arizona's Healthcare Workforce, Stronger Together
At its June meeting, the Arizona Healthcare Workforce Action Network sharpened the words behind its mission — and set its course for a member-led future. The group refined a working mission to "meet Arizona's health workforce demands by improving and advancing the way we attract, recruit, train, retain, and upskill workers," with a tagline that says it plainly:
The Network also honored founding facilitator Dr. Sue Roe as she steps into her next chapter:
With AC4 continuing as fiscal agent and grant work lined up (Vitalyst, then Covista), the Network heads toward Summit 4 (Nov 16–17) — and invites new members to join the movement.
Meeting recaps · quotes & speakers
Recaps distilled from the briefings, the quotes worth pulling for social and the record, and a gallery of everyone who took the floor.
🗣️ Pulled quotes (ready for social & the Legacy record)
The Command Center's quote engine pulls a candidate quote from each new briefing automatically; you approve before anything posts.
👥 Attendees
Standing attendees: every member organization, Seat 1 / Seat 2 (see Roster) — presided by the Co-Chairs, staffed by Tennille Penaloza-Hagen (CFA). Named participants per meeting from the record:
| Meeting | Named attendees & presenters (beyond the standing member seats) |
|---|---|
| Jun 12, 2026 | Co-Chairs Michelle Villegas-Gold & Selena McDonald; Dr. Sue Roe (honored); Tennille Penaloza-Hagen |

- Anthem — "Stronger Together," 8 genres + per-genre cover art
- Newsletter template — Action Network Newsletter (CFA / arizonafuture.org lockup)
- Tier colors — Innovator Champion Partner Colleague
- Tagline — "Attract healthcare talent and keep it local."
✅ Design-review checklist
- Network logo present & correctly sized
- Tier badges use the four standard colors
- Tagline on public pieces
- Accessible contrast; mobile-first
- No invented numbers; sources cited
- Kind, opportunity-framed language
🧾 Tech-stack consolidation (what a Command Center replaces)
| Today | What it's costing us | What replaces it |
|---|---|---|
| Briefings in email threads | Recaps scattered across inboxes; no single home. | ✅ Meeting Recaps + Documents |
| Roster / dues in spreadsheets | Tiers & seats reconciled by hand. | ✅ Roster CRM |
| Facilitator-held memory | Continuity depends on one person's handoff. | ✅ The Command Center itself |
| Summit media in personal drives | Interviews & anthem unseen. | ✅ Media Library + Listening Lab |
| Ad-hoc social posting | Posts tied to whoever remembers. | ✅ Website & Social scheduler |
Every asset lost is lost the same way — it belonged to a person, not the organization. That's a systems gap, not a people gap.

Website & social media
The public-facing layer the Governing Board asked for — a landing page to house the Network's story — plus the Summit 4 event site and a full social manager: linked accounts, a scheduler, and an auto-poster fed by the meeting record.
🌐 Network website — live draft
The public landing page the Governing Board asked for (June 2026). It is embedded right here, so it always opens — no separate file to deploy or lose.
Source file: AZHWAN-Website-Draft.html. The copy above is embedded in this page, so it opens even before the site is deployed — say the word and it goes live at its own address.
🎫 Summit 4 event website — live draft
The Nov 16–17, 2026 event site at Rio Salado: countdown, agenda tabs, speaker gallery, sponsor slots, $98 registration and the Out & About showcase. Embedded here so the planning committee can review it without leaving the Command Center.
Source file: AZHWAN-Summit-4.html. The copy above is embedded in this page, so it always opens — the public route only works once that folder is deployed.
🌐 Front-facing website
The Board asked for "a landing page… all in one place" (June 2026). Public sections built:
- Who we are · mission & tagline
- Member tiers & how to join (dues $500–$5,000)
- Summit 4 save-the-date (Nov 16–17)
- Newsletter / updates sign-up
- "Stronger Together" anthem link
- Member roster + join CTA
Private committee material never publishes — members-only stays members-only.
🔌 Linked social accounts
Post as the Network's own channels — not a person's.
Connections activate on deploy; the Network owns the tokens, so a staff change never loses a channel.

The Force for Health play
The in-kind positioning, framed as a gift — the wedge to become the platform that sustains the Network after the facilitator transition.
🎚️ Three ways to work with The Force for Health
An escalating ladder: a gift to get inside the tent, a sustaining engagement to actually run the Network, and a license to take the same system statewide.

- FfH steps into the facilitator seat (Sue Roe transition)

The progression is the strategy: give to get inside the tent → run the Network until the value is undeniable → license the same system to every other network in the state.
What a Command Center replaces (kind & specific)
| Today | What it costs the Network | What replaces it |
|---|---|---|
| Facilitator-held memory (Sue Roe) | The record lives with one person; continuity depends on the handoff. | ✅ Command Center — the record belongs to the org |
| Briefings in email threads | Every recap is a PDF in an inbox; no single searchable home. | ✅ Meeting Record + Recaps |
| Roster + dues in spreadsheets | Tiers and seats tracked by hand. | ✅ Roster CRM — one truth |
| Grant asks tracked ad hoc | Vitalyst / Covista / Rx status lives in memory. | ✅ Fundraising pipeline |
| Summit media scattered | Interviews & anthem sit in drives, unseen. | ✅ Out & About + Listening Lab |
Every asset the Network could lose in a transition is lost the same way — it belongs to a person, not the organization. That's a systems gap, not a people gap.
