The Action Network is a statewide consortium of Arizona's leading healthcare-workforce organizations — health systems, plans, state agencies, community colleges, universities, associations and community partners — convened to meet the state's health workforce demands: to attract, recruit, train, retain, and upskill the people who care for Arizonans.

Across three annual Summits and years of monthly meetings, one truth kept surfacing in the record: no single organization solves the workforce shortage alone. The data audits, the ecosystem map, the shared strategic directions, the move to a sustaining membership — all of it rests on the same idea this song puts to music. We are stronger together.

This collection honors the collective — the member organizations, the Co-Chairs Michelle Villegas-Gold (ASU Health) and Selena McDonald (Banner Plans & Networks), and founding facilitator Dr. Sue Roe, who led the Network with tremendous care and skill. One message, told as Pop, Soul, Country, Latin, Reggae, Rap, Hip-Hop Indie and Disco-Funk, so every partner can hear it in their own voice.
