About the Summit

Arizona's health workforce, gathered with purpose

Summit 4 brings together the health systems, health plans, colleges, associations, and state agencies working to solve Arizona's healthcare workforce shortage — to share data, spotlight what's working, and set the direction for the year ahead.

With Arizona projected to need more than 190,000 new direct care workers by 2030, this two-day gathering builds on Summit 3's momentum (154 participants) to advance the Network's two Strategic Directions: a statewide workforce data audit and a statewide education-and-training ecosystem map. Expect keynotes, working sessions, career-pathway spotlights, and the partnerships that turn insight into action.

What to expect

  • Statewide keynotes & policy updates
  • Data & ecosystem-map working sessions
  • "Jobs that Matter" career pathway spotlights
  • Partner exhibits & networking
  • Recognition of members & sponsors
