TUSD is the model district pilot. One Command Center, built for the whole district, delivered as specialty modules. We activate CTE first for Chuck, and each other area switches on as the district is ready.

The whole district runs through 5 community regions. Each region carries every school down to elementary, its FACE, and its key corporate partners & local resources — the pilot activates region by region, filling each engagement ladder (anchor → high schools → middle → elementary).
