What is the investment structure?

We are raising $1M on Y-Combinator post-money SAFEs with a valuation cap. Standard terms — no discount, no MFN needed at this stage. Minimum check $25K; pro-rata rights available above that.

How does the Hybrid Collaborative Partner Fund work?

A subset of the raise is allocated to aligned community partners (Chamber of Health Directors, educators, clinicians) who contribute both capital and distribution. These partners receive SAFEs alongside standard F&F investors plus a formal partner agreement that activates them inside the platform.

What will the capital be used for?

Roughly 50% productization (engineering + design), 25% community activation (Chamber of Health Directors program), 15% content + clinical curriculum expansion, 10% runway buffer. Detailed use-of-funds in the data room financial model.

Is there a lead investor?

This round uses a rolling close. We'll announce anchor commitments as they finalize. No single investor is required to lead given the SAFE structure.

What's the relationship with the Foundation?

The Force for Health Academy Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) that runs community-benefit programming under fiscal sponsorship. Investments in My Healthy Globe, Inc. do NOT flow through the Foundation — the entities are kept strictly separate for compliance.
