Dr. Rob's workforce-health pilot for the Amazon Aurora fulfillment center — what it is, what we did to launch-ready it, how it monetizes, and what we need to decide.

The Bottom Line
The Aurora module arrived content-complete but not launch-ready: a strong 19-page Reality Health Games build with a polished 19-slide Amazon pitch deck — but no public front door, no brand-asset compliance, the coin emoji throughout, no Clipboard, and a "Coming Soon" partner page. We packaged it for launch: built the missing marketing landing page, ran a full brand/compliance pass, turned the partner stub into a live Agency Overview, added an Amazon one-pager, and scrubbed a real legal risk (the "Olympics" wording). Recommendation: approve the deploy to /aurora/ and open the Amazon Delivery Service Partner conversation.

2Development — what we changed
🔥
New landing page with hero, four audience CTAs (Workers · Families · Partners · Communities), Learn·Live·Share with real coins, an interactive try-a-scenario (the Drowsy Driver) that fires the first reward toast, a live-standings leaderboard, the Aurora proof-point stats, and the partner CTA.
🪙
Brand + compliance pass across all 19 pages: 34 coin emoji swapped for real coin images via an injected inline style; Clipboard widget (supabase-config → client → notepad) appended before </body> on every page; no broken internal links.
🏢
Agency Overview rebuilt from a "Coming Soon" stub into a full partner page: the reframe (P&L lever), the engine, five ways to engage with economics tags, compliance chips, the ROI anchor, the scale timeline, the Foundation firewall, and a "Start the Partnership" mailto CTA.
📄
Amazon one-pager (Letter, print→PDF) distilled from the 19-slide deck — reframe, engine, five ways, ROI, timeline, compliance, the ask — for a leave-behind.
⚖️
Legal scrub. Removed every "Olympic(s)" reference (USOPC / Ted Stevens Act exposure on a commercial page) and replaced the hero with the Team Health drives better results for everybody. How are your players empowered to protect the gift and prevent injuries on the field? tagline. Torch/athlete/podium imagery retained (not protected).
3Deployment
Same single-repo GitHub Desktop workflow as every FFH deploy. One script, then commit + push.
Staged.
Module is in /Deploy Ready/ffh-aurora-rhg-pilot/ (21 HTML pages + ffh-state.js). The new marketing landing is index.html; the original opening ceremony is preserved as Welcome.html.
Run the deploy script.
python3 "…/Deploy Ready/_deploy-aurora-rhg-2026-05-30.py" copies the module to public/aurora/ and also pushes the updated Showcase, Tech Command Center, and this Executive Explainer.
Confirm theforce.health/aurora/ is live, then flip the Airtable ledger status from In progress to Done.
Note: brand-assets and _shared-assets already live site-wide, so the landing's /brand-assets/… and /_shared-assets/… references resolve on deploy with no extra copy step.
4Marketing & Monetization Gameplan
The pitch is aimed at Amazon as anchor — specifically the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) + fulfillment workforce. Five sequenced revenue paths, additive over time.
1Pharmacy Adherence LoopPMPM + outcomes bonus. The adherence engine no PBM has.
2Telehealth BridgePrepared patient → shorter visit. The Certified Patient moat.
3Healthy Coin × IncentivesEngagement currency, margin on redemption.
5RHG Network License~1M+ footprint, one multi-year contract.
ROI anchor: Reality Health Games pays for itself with one less sick day per associate per year. Everything past break-even — avoided MSD claims ($30–55K), severe back injuries ($100K+), reduced 90-day turnover ($4–8K each) — is net contribution. Pricing: hybrid PMPM + family-seat add-on + Foundation sponsorship + outcomes bonus, tiered by site size.
Day-90 metrics are placeholders. The deck and Agency Overview have "[Δ pending]" slots — they fill once the Aurora pilot produces real numbers (recordables, near-miss rate, turnover, fatigue-screen conversion, completion %).
localStorage-only state. Coins/badges/ranks persist per-device via ffh-state.js. Cross-device + leaderboard-at-scale needs a thin Supabase backend (schema is stable for it).
Coin emoji inside JS templates. A few coin images now render inside script-built HTML strings; they display fine but were not individually design-reviewed in every game. Worth a quick visual QA pass on the six games.
One-pager PDF. Shipped as print-ready HTML (Cmd-P → Save as PDF). A rendered PDF can be generated if we want a fixed file to attach.
Legal confirmation. "Olympics" is removed; if Amazon procurement asks, counsel should confirm the cleaned wording. Torch/athlete/podium imagery is retained and is not protected.
6Recommendations
A
Ship the launch package now RECOMMENDED
Deploy to /aurora/, keep status "In progress" until verified live, then flip to Done. The content is launch-grade and the packaging gaps are closed.
B
Hold for Day-90 data first
Not recommended — the pilot hasn't started (June 15). The proof-point page is built to fill in live; holding the whole launch for metrics blocks the partner conversation that generates them.
C
Push the raw drop as-is
Not recommended — no front door, coin emoji, no Clipboard, "Coming Soon" partner page, and live "Olympics" legal exposure.
Coach split: Per our coach-assignment rule, this is Reality Health Games / workforce wellness — naturally Coach Lucy's lane — but the Aurora pilot is clinical-adjacent and Dr.-Rob-originated, so Dr. Rob hosts the worker-facing pages and the partner pitch carries both names. That's how it's currently wired.
7Next Steps
Deploy.
Run the script, push, verify theforce.health/aurora/, flip Airtable to Done.
Open the Amazon conversation.
Lead with the one-pager + Agency Overview; the 30-day decision window and Day-90 metric pack are the close.
Stand up the Day-90 dashboard.
Wire the pilot's real metrics into the proof-point slots as the Director's program runs from June 15.
Plan the backend.
Scope the thin Supabase layer for cross-device coins + true multi-site leaderboards before the second site comes online.
Decision Requested
Approve the Aurora launch package?
Deploy the staged module + partner assets to /aurora/, open the Amazon DSP conversation with the one-pager + Agency Overview, and treat the Day-90 dashboard as the next build.
