FFH grants SCFA a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, redistribute, modify, translate, and adapt the 360 SCD Hub Blog Library on SCFA's 360scdhub.org WordPress site and any successor or affiliate channel SCFA operates.
This license is offered at no cost in recognition of SCFA's role in helping FFH launch the 360 SCD Hub platform and the broader Chamber of Health initiative. This content sits outside the scope of the paid contracts for (a) 360 SCD Hub App Enhancement & Dashboard Build and (b) Banner Nurse Education / SmartSnack Training. It is a gift in support of the partnership.
SCFA agrees to retain the "By Dr. Rob Gillio" byline on each post and to credit "The Force for Health® Network" in the post footer or sidebar where reasonable. SCFA is free to add its own editorial board credit alongside.
FFH retains full ownership of the underlying content. FFH may continue to publish, license, or modify the same content on its own properties (theforce.health and related sites) and may license it to additional partners.
The blog posts are original prose written by Dr. Rob Gillio. They are factually aligned with public-domain U.S. federal publications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and the HHS Secretary's Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children (SACHDNC). Each post references its corresponding federal source fact sheet as an attached resource.
