Why the Force Field Fact Sheet matters for you

Three things to look for when you read it

    It's possible you (or someone you love) has heart failure — even if it's been called just "shortness of breath" or "a little ankle swelling."

    Heart failure symptoms — getting winded with everyday activity, ankle or belly swelling, sudden weight gain, sleeping on more pillows than usual — are often dismissed as "just aging." We always recommend learning more, whether you've been diagnosed or not. Knowing more helps you, your family, and your community.
