The Force for Health® Institute is a fiscally sponsored project of Players Philanthropy Fund, Inc. (PPF) — a Texas nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). PPF holds the legal nonprofit status; the Institute holds the mission and the programming.
This is a common, professional model used by athlete foundations, social-impact projects, and emerging philanthropies — it lets us channel tax-deductible gifts toward focused programming without the overhead of standing up a separate 501(c)(3).
