✅ What Needs a Decision

6 asks · Aug 31 co-launch · Dr. Carmona · 6–9 mentor intros · PA/OH question · budgets/timelines · reconnect in 2 weeks.

Live on the site right now

Curriculum-respect note (say it out loud on Monday): we are NOT asking HealthCorps mentors to set down their curriculum. The RHG is a reporting and scoring layer that sits on top of the work they already do — a mechanism to submit their projects to the Network so they earn team scores, generate impact ripples, and unlock mentoring.

📋 Monday Meeting Agenda · Arizona Team + Sarah Martin

Attendees: Sarah Martin (Director of Programs, national) · Payton Masterson (RPM, Southern AZ) · Jacqueline LaPlante + Jocelyn Shromoff (Sr RPM + PC, Phoenix) · Rebecca Corrigan (RPM, Northern AZ). Anchor date the whole call points to: August 31, 2026 launch and announcements.

🗓 2026–2027 Gameplan · starting with the August 31, 2026 launch and announcements.Aug 31 is the anchor date the rest of the year plans around. Public launch of the AZ pilot + Reality Health Games participation + any co-announced programs. Everything downstream (schools, mentors, media) works backward from this date.
Lucy
3
🤝 Mutual Goals and Objectives · discussion for 2026–2027.Two-way. What does Sarah + the AZ RPMs want the '26–'27 year to look like? What does FFH need to grow? This is also the natural moment to open the 🔊 Content Gap → Joint Funder Story tab — name the ~2-year public quiet period kindly ("that's a systems gap, not a people gap"), then show the engine that fills it. Listen more than pitch.

🔬 Research and publication opportunity with Dr. Carmona · AND the amplification pillar.Open BOTH tabs: 📚 Research → RHG Treatment and 📖 eMag Vision. Show them what FFH already did with the Heo 2016 (N=2,255) and Cawley 2011 (−25.7% soda in girls) papers — recap blog, LEARN/LIVE/SHARE Challenge, 5 game types, eMag feature, regional song. Then land Dr. Carmona: former US Surgeon General, AZ-based, co-authors the AZ pilot paper — and gets the same seven-surface amplification. That's a credibility flywheel Sarah cannot get from anyone else.

🌵 Where can we help each other expand throughout AZ? · Open the Partner Accelerator tab.Open 🤝 AZ Partner Accelerator + Activation Stage. Show the current partner map (ASU, GCU, NAU, Yavapai, BCBS AZ Foundation, Maricopa DPH, Win With Fit, South Mountain CC), the suggested additions (Banner, Chamber of Health, PHIT partners, UA), and the per-RPM Activation Kits already scoped for Payton, Jacqueline+Jocelyn, and Rebecca. AND — do we invite PA or OH sister-regions on parallel tracks, or hold for later?
All AZ RPMs
7
💰 Budgets, Timelines, and Steps to Launch · plus joint funder pursuit.Land the plane. FFH covers platform + coaching (zero cost to HealthCorps). Timeline works backward from Aug 31. Then the strategic upside: "Who would you love to reintroduce HealthCorps to under this new joint banner?" Ask Sarah for 5–10 relationships to co-approach — regional AZ (BCBS AZ Foundation via Andy, Banner, Chamber of Health) + national (RWJ, Kellogg, Kaiser, federal youth-wellness lines, Oz-era legacy). The joint case is stronger than either solo.
Sarah + Lucy

✅ What Needs a Decision

Three small asks. AZ-first. Every one has a graceful "not yet" exit. We advise, we don't boss — Sarah and the RPMs are experts on their own program.

1 · Green-light the August 31, 2026 co-launch

Public co-announced launch of the AZ pilot + HealthCorps' Reality Health Games participation. FFH covers platform + coaching. HealthCorps brings the teens, mentors, schools, and story. Every downstream date works backward from Aug 31.

2 · Dr. Carmona research + publication co-authorship

Former US Surgeon General, Arizona-based. A co-authored paper on the AZ pilot outcomes is a credibility multiplier for HealthCorps' national story AND for FFH. Sarah + Lucy + Dr. Carmona as named collaborators. Convening angle also on the table.

3 · Warm intros to 2–3 mentors per AZ region

Payton picks 2–3 Southern AZ mentors · Jacqueline + Jocelyn pick 2–3 Phoenix mentors · Rebecca picks 2–3 Northern AZ mentors. Short Composer session with each to test the mixed-media tools before Aug 31.

4 · Invite PA and/or OH sister regions to the table?

Optional. On the agenda explicitly. Do we hold PA + OH for a later expansion (Fall 2027 4-team Throwdown), OR do we invite Marylissa (Philly), Sarah Cave (Pittsburgh), Maria Offutt (Cleveland), or Wirty Penix (SW Ohio) into a parallel track NOW? Sarah's call.

5 · Budgets, timelines, and steps to launch — booked

Land the plane on Monday. FFH cost line: $0 to HealthCorps. Timeline: milestones every 2 weeks between now (mid-July) and Aug 31. Concrete owner per milestone.

6 · Reconnect in 2 weeks with a made-thing

See the songs, PSAs, one-pagers, or sims the pilot mentors produced with the Composer engine. Real artifacts drive the Aug 31 announcement.

7 · 5–10 funder relationships to co-approach under the joint banner

The big strategic upside. Sarah names the HealthCorps relationships (regional + national) that would benefit from being reintroduced under the joint FFH × HealthCorps story with an Aug 31 launch narrative + Dr. Carmona co-author. FFH brings its AZ funder relationships. Together = a $1M+ story.

Why AZ-first is the right ask: HealthCorps AZ already has 30 mentors across 3 regional teams and 38 schools in service. That's a real footprint to test with — not a hypothetical. Prove the mixed-media + recruiting value here (with Dr. Carmona named as research partner), and expansion to CA, OH, PA, and the other 7 markets sells itself.

🌵 Arizona Team on the Ground

Why this tab matters Monday: when Coach Lucy references "Nayeli's work at Rincon" or "the Trevor Browne mentors" or "Rebecca's team at Coconino," she'll be showing them we see their program — not pitching a generic tool at a generic nonprofit. Use their names. Reference their schools. Show we did the homework.

📚 HealthCorps Research → RHG Treatment

The value-add pillar. HealthCorps has published, peer-reviewed research sitting on the shelf that nobody reads. FFH takes each report and pulls it through a full LEARN It · LIVE It · SHARE It treatment — a recap blog, a 3-part Challenge, 5 game types, an eMag feature, and a regional song. Every treatment feeds directly into the Reality Health Games scoreboard.

The 5-part treatment framework · applied to every report

1 · Recap Blog

500–800 words, plain English. "Here's what HealthCorps found. Here's why it matters. Here's what the teen next to you can do about it." Ships on theforce.health/healthcorps/ blog stream and Omni-Media Publishing.

2 · LEARN It · LIVE It · SHARE It Challenge

3-part sequence built from the paper's key findings. Each stage earns real coins (+10 / +25 / +50). Teens LEARN the finding, LIVE the behavior change, SHARE their proof.

3 · Five Game Types

Every report becomes: 🎯 Prevention Bingo · 🔤 Word Search · 🎮 Category Qwest (Jeopardy-style) · ⚡ Power-Up Gobbler (arcade) · 🧠 Matching Trivia. Same finding, five entry points.

4 · HealthCorps eMag Feature

A magazine-style page in the national HealthCorps eMag — pull-quotes, infographics, "what our teens did with this finding" spotlight. Beautiful. Shareable. Board-visible.

5 · Regional Song

One original FFH Composer track per report per region. Payton's teens make the Southern AZ version. Rebecca's team makes the Northern AZ version. The song IS the finding, in the local dialect.

Heo et al. (2016) · Behaviors and Knowledge of HealthCorps NYC High School Students

Published in Journal of School Health, February 2016 · N = 2,255 students · 14 NYC public high schools · 2012–2013 academic year · Pre/post survey design · Einstein College of Medicine + HealthCorps

📌 The 5 findings we can turn into treatment:

  • All 3 knowledge domains improved significantly (nutrition · mental health · physical activity) with p < .05.
  • Boys significantly increased fruit & vegetable intake (p = .03).
  • Girls increased breakfast consumption (OR = 1.27, 95% CI 1.01–1.58, p = .04).
  • Girls decreased sugar-sweetened beverages AND energy-dense food intake (p = .03).
  • Knowledge-to-behavior link was stronger in boys than girls — a real signal for HOW peer mentoring should be gender-tuned.

Published in Childhood Obesity, October 2011 · N = 971 (511 intervention, 460 control) · 11 NYC high schools · Quasi-experimental design · Cornell (John Cawley) + Columbia (Mehmet Oz) + HealthCorps

📌 The 5 findings we can turn into treatment:

  • Soda pop consumption fell 13% overall (0.61 fewer sodas/week, p = .04).
  • Girls dropped soda 25.7% — 1.12 fewer sodas/week (p < .01). This is a big, quotable, gender-specific win.
  • Participants were 45% more likely to report increased physical activity vs the prior year (p = .05).
  • Program design was grounded in "communal coping" theory — peer mentors matched on age, ethnicity, race to student body.
  • Target population was low-income minority urban youth — the same population HealthCorps still serves today (Rincon, Trevor Browne, Coconino, etc.).

The strategic frame for Monday: HealthCorps has done the science. Nobody read it. FFH is offering to be the amplification engine — same finding, seven surfaces (blog · challenge · 5 games · eMag · regional songs) — so the work travels. Same treatment applies to every future report the team produces, including any Dr. Carmona co-authored paper from the AZ pilot. That's the flywheel.

📖 HealthCorps eMag Vision · National + Regional editions

🎓 Teen tier

Teens produce content: a recap of their community walk, a song about their school's Bingo card, a poster from a Sanborn Elementary lesson. Publishes to their School edition. Earns +10 LEARN · +25 LIVE · +50 SHARE coins.

🎯 RPM tier · your Regional Recap eMag

Payton curates Southern AZ's best teen work into a monthly regional eMag. One song per region per month. Ships as a shareable link to families, principals, funders. No design skills required — Composer + Power Builder templates do the layout.

🏆 National tier · HealthCorps eMag

Sarah + national team curates the strongest regional pages into a quarterly national eMag. Features the research treatments from the Research → RHG Treatment tab. Board-visible. Funder-shareable. The scoreboard of the year.

The RPM Composer toolkit · one login, four studios

🎵 Song & Jingle Maker

Pick a genre. Write the hook. Composer produces the beat. Teens layer in lyrics about their school's actual wellness project.

📖 eBook & Zine Builder

Drag in mentor + teen photos, pull quotes, health facts. Ships a shareable magazine page in under 30 minutes.

🎬 Video & Podcast Kit

Record a mentor's story about a Frye Elementary session. Auto-transcribe. Ship as a shareable episode.

🎨 Poster & PSA Studio

Every teen leaves with a shareable one-pager. Hangs on the classroom wall. Travels to their family group chat.

Sarah's national story unlocks: instead of one annual impact report that goes to the Board and no one else, HealthCorps ships a quarterly eMag where every region's teens are visible, every mentor's work travels, every research finding lives in five formats, and every published paper (including the future Dr. Carmona one) becomes something a funder can actually feel.

🔊 Content Gap → Joint Funder Story

Honest topic. HealthCorps has been relatively quiet on public channels for about two years — while the work on the ground kept happening. That's a systems gap, not a people gap. FFH's amplification engine is designed exactly for this, and closing the gap together makes the joint funder ask stronger than either of us can make alone.

The tone rule for how we talk about this on Monday: nobody at HealthCorps went quiet through carelessness. The last two years brought funding pulls, staff transitions, and the kind of pressure that hits nonprofits when a marquee founder-era backer steps away. What went quiet was the public content engine, not the program. Mentors kept mentoring. Teens kept showing up. Rincon, Trevor Browne, Coconino HS never stopped. That's the honest read, and it is also the kind one.

1 · The gap · named honestly

What went quiet on the public side (approx. last ~24 months)

Blog cadence · social frequency · press releases · new research publications after Heo 2016 · funder-facing impact reports beyond the audited FS · founder-era media presence (the Dr. Oz vector).

What did NOT go quiet

The mentors on the ground · the 38 AZ schools in service · the 30 AZ mentors delivering Teens Make Health Happen · the peer-mentoring model whose effect on soda consumption was already published in Childhood Obesity (2011). The work is real. It just isn't traveling.

Why the gap widened (context to bring, not blame): founder-era backing shifted · funding pulls across the sector hit peer-mentoring programs first · staff transitions during the AZ leadership handoff · no in-house content production engine to sustain a national voice while the org rebuilt.

2 · The opportunity · FFH's engine fills the gap at $0 to HealthCorps

Composer + Power Builder

Songs · Zines · Sims · PSAs · Blogs · Games. Minutes, not weeks. Every AZ RPM gets a toolkit that produces publication-ready output.

Omni-Media Publishing

FFH already ships a weekly digest across the Network · social distribution · press connections. HealthCorps content plugs into a pipe that's already running.

Research → 7 Surfaces

Every published paper (Heo, Cawley, and the future Dr. Carmona co-authored one) gets Recap Blog + LEARN/LIVE/SHARE + 5 games + eMag feature + regional songs. Silence to seven surfaces overnight.

Reality Health Games scoreboard

Every piece of content earns coins and rolls up to a public regional leaderboard. Content isn't a chore — it's a game. Mentors want to publish. Teens want to be featured.

3 · The Aug 31, 2026 launch · "We're back, and we're louder."

The narrative frame Sarah's team can use publicly starting Aug 31:

"HealthCorps kept the work alive on the ground for the last two years while the sector reshuffled. Now — with our new partnership with The Force for Health Academy — we're launching a national mixed-media amplification engine that puts every teen's project, every mentor's story, and every research finding in front of the funders, families, and communities who need to see it. Starting in Arizona. Coast-to-coast next."

That's the Aug 31 announcement. Sarah owns the mic. FFH powers the engine. Nobody has to say the word "gap" out loud in public.

4 · The bigger supporter · why the joint case is stronger

What HealthCorps brings to the joint case

  • Two decades of peer-mentoring in low-income minority urban schools
  • ~200+ mentors across 15 markets · 200+ schools served over time
  • Two peer-reviewed publications with measurable outcomes (Heo, Cawley)
  • National footprint (AZ · CA · OH · PA · NY · MD · OK · TX)
  • Direct trust from principals, teachers, teens, and families

What FFH brings to the joint case

  • Composer + Power Builder mixed-media production engine
  • Reality Health Games™ scoring + gamification layer
  • Omni-Media Publishing pipe (Network-wide distribution)
  • PHIT™ data infrastructure for outcome reporting
  • Dr. Carmona relationship · former US Surgeon General as marquee research partner
  • Existing AZ funder relationships (BCBS AZ Foundation via Andy · Banner · Chamber of Health)

5 · Joint funder targets · to co-build together (not invented)

Per the "never invent a number, never invent a target" rule: this list is a shared workspace, not a completed roster. On Monday we invite Sarah to co-build it with us — bringing HealthCorps' existing relationships to the table alongside FFH's Arizona footprint.

  • Regional AZ candidates FFH is already in front of: BCBS Arizona Foundation (via Andy) · Banner Health · Arizona Chamber of Health · Maricopa County Dept of Public Health
  • National candidates worth co-vetting: RWJ Foundation · Kellogg · Kaiser Permanente Community Health · federal youth-wellness lines (HRSA, CDC DASH, SAMHSA) · Oz-era legacy relationships
  • What we ask Sarah for on Monday: the 5–10 relationships HealthCorps already has that would benefit from being reintroduced under the joint FFH × HealthCorps story with an Aug 31 launch narrative and a Dr. Carmona-authored research angle.
The move on Monday: we don't lecture Sarah about the gap. She lived it. We show her — from THIS Command Center — the engine that fills it, the research treatment that's already been applied to the papers her org already produced, and the joint funder story that becomes available on Aug 31. Then we ask: "Who would you love to reintroduce yourselves to under this new banner?"

🤝 Arizona Partner Accelerator + Activation Stage

HealthCorps AZ already has real partners across Higher Ed, Public Health, Payers, and Community. FFH's job is to accelerate each existing relationship — same treatment we ran on the Listening Lab — and turn all three AZ regions into an Activation Stage where every school is pre-tagged, every partner gets a co-branded moment, and every RPM lands with a ready-to-run kit.

Suggested additions · partners FFH can bring to the table

🏥 Banner Health

Why: largest AZ health system · already in the FFH orbit through the Chamber of Health · direct pipeline to clinical education content Dr. Rob owns.
FFH ask: introduce Banner community outreach lead as a co-launch partner for Aug 31.

🏛 Arizona Chamber of Health

Why: statewide health-sector convening body · FFH already an active participant · Chamber Directors are natural mentor recruiters for HealthCorps.
FFH ask: add HealthCorps as a featured Chamber partner + joint 2026-27 initiative.

📊 PHIT™ Data Partners

Why: the PHIT ecosystem plugs school-level outcomes into a public dashboard. Sarah's national reporting story becomes a live feed instead of an annual PDF.
FFH ask: HealthCorps AZ schools onboard to PHIT community scoring.

🎓 University of Arizona

Why: S. AZ's flagship · Tucson footprint would give Payton a UA mentor pipeline to match ASU's Phoenix pipeline.
FFH ask: UA College of Public Health as a Tucson mentor + research node.

💜 My Girl Power® AZ activations

Why: FFH's My Girl Power line already has AZ-aligned scoring for girls' wellness — direct amplifier for the Cawley 2011 "25.7% soda drop in girls" story.
FFH ask: co-brand a Girl Power AZ activation with Rebecca's N. AZ team for spring 2027.

🩸 Sickle Cell Foundation of AZ (SCFA)

Why: already an FFH client · shared urban-teen population · shared community-health orientation. Cross-referrals + co-events land easily.
FFH ask: one joint AZ event before Aug 31 to prove the network effect.

Per the "never invent" rule: "Suggested additions" is a co-build workspace — Sarah + the RPMs get to strike or add. These are FFH's opening thoughts based on the AZ overlap we already know, not a completed roster.

The Activation Stage · what each AZ Leader gets on day one

Same pattern that turned the Listening Lab from an idea into a public deployable page in a week. Each RPM lands with an Activation Kit that has their schools already tagged, their mentors already visible, and their partners already co-branded.

🌵 Payton's Kit · Southern AZ

10 mentors · 9 schools · Tucson anchor

  • All 9 schools pre-tagged in the Activation dashboard (Rincon, Anza Trail, Pace HS, Nosotros, Toltecalli, Sahuarita Middle + 3 more)
  • Composer + Power Builder pre-loaded with S. AZ + border-community content templates
  • Ready-to-send mentor invite emails · one click
  • Suggested new partner: University of Arizona as Tucson mentor pipeline

🏜 Jacqueline + Jocelyn's Kit · Phoenix

14 mentors · 21 schools · 6 existing partners

  • All 21 schools pre-tagged (ASU Prep suite, Trevor Browne, Metro Tech, Central HS, Sierra Linda + 15 more)
  • ASU + GCU + Maricopa DPH + BCBS AZ Foundation + Win With Fit + South Mountain CC already co-branded in Activation templates
  • Aug 31 launch template pre-populated with all 6 partner logos
  • Suggested new partner: Banner Health as clinical education co-brand + Chamber of Health as convening ally

🏔 Rebecca's Kit · Northern AZ

6 mentors · 8 schools · NAU + Yavapai

  • All 8 schools pre-tagged (FUSD: Coconino HS, Mount Elden, Flagstaff HS, Summit HS + Cottonwood + WUSD + Holbrook + Fredonia + Winslow)
  • NAU School of Social Work + Yavapai College pre-loaded as Composer training hubs
  • Tribal-community-aware content templates for Fredonia + Winslow context
  • Suggested new partner: My Girl Power® AZ co-activation for Spring 2027
Why this lands on Monday: "Activation Stage" isn't a slide — it's a page each RPM can log into on day one and see their region already built. Same speed we showed with the Listening Lab: idea → live public page in a week. That's the accelerator experience they get by partnering with FFH, not the "wait 6 months for a platform" experience most vendors sell.

📊 PHIT™ Scorecard

Public Health Information Technology — FFH's data + reporting infrastructure. Turns HealthCorps' school-level, region-level, and national outcomes into a live community scorecard instead of an annual PDF.

What PHIT does for HealthCorps

Aggregates outcomes across every AZ school, every RPM region, every mentor cohort. Rolls up to a national dashboard Sarah can put in front of the Board any day of the week. Same pipe that already powers the RHG scoreboard, PCTWC's community scoring, and SCFA's dashboard.

What Sarah's national reporting story gains

A live feed of engagement · behavior change · content produced · funder-visible impact. Every partner (BCBS, Banner, Maricopa DPH) gets a co-branded slice of the dashboard. The Aug 31 launch narrative includes "we now publish live impact, not annual PDFs."

What PHIT tracks · in this HealthCorps AZ context

🎓 School activity

Simulators · what-if made visible

🩺 Health Scenario Simulator

Teens play out what-if: what happens to a peer's cardio if they swap soda for water for 30 days? Model runs in-browser · shareable output.

🏫 School Wellness Simulator

Model a district-wide intervention: if 3 Phoenix schools adopt breakfast programs, what's the projected impact by June 2027?

🌍 Community Impact Simulator

Roll a HealthCorps AZ activity up to community-level: if all 38 AZ schools run the Soda Swap Challenge, what does county-wide teen SSB consumption look like?

ROI Calculators · turn program work into funder math

💰 Advocacy ROI Calculator

Every $1 into HealthCorps AZ mentoring → $X projected downstream community-health savings. Framed for grant applications.

📊 Program ROI Calculator

Cost per teen reached · cost per behavior change · cost per unit of content produced. Numbers Sarah can hand to a CFO.

🎯 Partner ROI Calculator

What each partner (BCBS, Banner, ASU) gets back for their investment — teens reached, brand visibility, dashboard co-branding, published research inclusion.

Ripple Makers · one action, downstream spread

🌊 Individual Ripple Maker

A teen mentor at Rincon runs one lesson. The Ripple Maker visualizes: 32 teens directly reached → 96 family members exposed → 4 shared to social → 320 downstream impressions. Every ripple is scored + coin-rewarded.

🌊 Program Ripple Maker

HealthCorps AZ runs the Aug 31 launch. Ripple Maker maps the downstream spread across 38 schools · 30 mentors · thousands of teens · into families · into community events. Fed into PHIT, output shared with funders.

Omni Media Publishing Suite · the full engine

🎵 Composer + Song/Jingle Maker

The engine behind the Listening Lab. Any teen can produce an original health song in minutes.

📖 eBook + Zine Builder

Regional Recap eMags · student portfolios · funder-facing impact books. Drag, drop, publish.

🎬 Video + Podcast Kit

Auto-transcribe · auto-caption · publish to the FFH podcast feed or embed in a Regional eMag.

🎨 Poster + PSA Studio

Classroom-wall posters and shareable PSAs. Every teen leaves a lesson with a shareable one-pager.

🎮 Game Studio

Prevention Bingo · Word Search · Category Qwest · Power-Up Gobbler · Matching Trivia — from any report or lesson.

📰 Blog + Newsletter Engine

The FFH Omni-Media weekly digest already ships network-wide. HealthCorps content plugs into a pipe that's already running.

⏱ Time Machine

Historical health narratives — put today's teens in dialogue with the health-decision moments of the past decade.

🖼 Meme Kit

Teen-native micro-content that actually travels. Health messaging that gets forwarded, not tuned out.

The strategic frame: most nonprofit vendors sell a tool. FFH is offering a suite — every RPM, every mentor, every teen gets the same production engine that already produced the Listening Lab, the Throwdown page, the Prepared Patient library, and every FFH client deployment. The tools aren't the deliverable — the output is. And the output feeds PHIT, which feeds the funder dashboards, which feeds the joint funder story. That's the flywheel.

👥 Group Leader Roster

This starts empty on purpose. It fills as Amy points us at candidate mentors and we log the outreach. Nothing is invented — every row will trace to a real conversation.

No Group Leaders yet — awaiting Amy's Monday warm intros. Coach Lucy will log every candidate here as they come in.
Prompt Amy for names, not commitments: "Who are 2–3 mentors in AZ, CA, OH, and PA who'd want to steward a group through this? We'll do the outreach — you just point."

🪙 Coins & Rewards

The coin economy for HealthCorps' RHG participation. Real coin art from /brand-assets/coins/ — never the emoji. Weights are the strategy — the biggest payouts sit on what we want more of.

LEARN It Coin +10 each

LEARN It Coin

Earned when a group consumes a lesson, scores a track, completes a Bingo prompt.

LIVE It Coin +25 each

LIVE It Coin

Earned when a group does the thing — community walk, garden build, farmers-market visit.

SHARE It Coin +50 each

SHARE It Coin

Earned when a group publishes — Composer songs, sims, PSAs, recap stories that travel beyond the classroom.

Why SHARE is worth 5× LEARN: the RHG scoreboard tells the whole Network's story. Groups that push their work out — beyond the classroom, onto Omni-Media, into their community — do the heaviest lifting on visibility. The point weights match that reality.
