Real projects. Real mentors. Real opportunity beyond the game. Wildcat alumni are asking us for a way back in — and our Chamber of Health system opens a second door straight into Arizona industry. We connect both to your players, on your players' clock.
Every player development program in the country is squeezed between the same four walls. None of this is news to you — it's just rarely named out loud.
Practice, film, lift, class, treatment, travel, media, NIL, family. Every hour is already spoken for.
Players genuinely want real-life projects and real work — they just can't find a door that fits their schedule.
They need people who've walked it. Not a panel once a semester — someone who actually knows their name.
Creating real openings takes relationships, time, and follow-through that no single staff has to spare.
Wildcat alumni have been coming to us, asking for a way to connect with current players. The supply already exists. It's just never had a set of rails to run on. That's what we built — and we're bringing it to you.
These are the people already at the table with us — across medicine, academia, athletics, county government, and community health. Your players don't join a program. They join this huddle.

Founding captain alongside Ricky Hunley, and co-lead on the Healthy Alumni Cats play — the alumni engine that feeds mentors to your roster.
The number one reason alumni don't mentor is that they're afraid of over-committing to something they can't sustain. So we let them choose exactly how much they've got — and every level is real value to a player.
One real connection. An intro, a story, a phone number, an "I've got you." The lowest lift on the board — and often the one a player remembers for twenty years.
A standing check-in through the season. A call before a big test, a nudge at the pathway pick, a look at a résumé. On the alum's terms, on the player's clock.
The deep end. An alum guides a player — or a whole group — all the way through a Reality Health Games pathway, supporting real projects and real opportunity creation.
Not every player wants the same thing, and not every player has the same room in their schedule. So we ask them the same question we ask the alumni: how much are you after? Then we match the two.
"I want to talk to someone who actually does this." A single, focused conversation with a professional inside the industry they're curious about. Low commitment, high signal.
Ongoing mentorship across a semester or the full year — one-on-one or in a small group. A steady relationship instead of a one-off.
The real thing: 180–240 hours that satisfy academic credit. Accessible and hybrid-capable so it fits their schedule — anchored by a specific, high-quality community project.
We make the match. Nobody gets over-committed, nobody gets under-served — and you never have to broker a single introduction.
This is the part that makes it a career engine instead of a mentoring program. Every player also gets a door into real industry — through our Chamber of Health system and our partnerships with local and statewide chambers. People who never played a down, and who are hiring.
The regional hub. Local employers, founders, and civic leaders — already organized and already looking to engage young talent.
The statewide network. Connections that reach well beyond Tucson, across every sector we operate in.
The Chamber of Southern Arizona and our consortium partners — a standing bench of Arizona employers, not a cold list.
A player can be mentored by a Wildcat alum and introduced to a hiring manager who's never seen a snap. That's the whole point. Football gets them in the room — industry gives them somewhere to go.
A player picks a lane. An alum who actually works in it walks them through — with real-life project work, not coursework.
Pre-Apprentice, Phlebotomy, Prepared Patient — stackable and credential-bearing, tied to real regional employers.
Marstronaut™ — engineering, robotics and STEM solving problems here on Earth, in space, and beyond to Mars.
My Healthy IDEAS and Information Systems — players build and pitch something of their own to a real audience.
Earned virtually, on their own clock — so it survives camp, travel weeks, and finals.
A named alumni wingman who picks up the phone.
Credit-earning internship hours with actual deliverables — logged, verified, exportable.
An Ambassador badge and a Player Card they keep. Proof of work, not participation.
Football and non-football alumni, plus Tucson and Arizona industry leaders.
They pick a pathway and actually walk it, with a next step at the end.
Community hours, date-stamped and tracked — award- and application-ready.
100% virtual, hosted by a virtual coach. It doesn't land on your calendar or your staff's — and the alumni recruiting is our job, not yours.
We bring the mentors. You don't have to go find, vet, or chase alumni.
An exportable report — hours, connections, placements, credentials, per player.
It bends to your framework — credit, practicum hours, or a Player Development requirement.
Award- and grant-ready data — the service-hour tracking is automatic.
University-level Reality Health Games play runs inside VIP LEAGUES for CHANGE — and it does something nobody else is doing: it measures the overall impact of a university on the community it sits in. Not just what the program did, but what it set in motion.
We track what each partner and outreach effort sets off downstream — the second and third ring, not just the first handshake.
Every partner brought in and every outreach effort along the way is captured and attributed back to the program that started it.
Your players' community hours roll straight into the university's impact score — the same hours you'd report for an award.
They become Arizona's score — a defensible, comparable measure of what this university is worth to Tucson and to the state. Your players are the ones who put it on the board.
This isn't a pitch built for one meeting. It's an ecosystem that already supports football and sport development at every level — your players are simply the rung that connects the rest.
Five D1 athletes — plus one — from Michigan's Ross School of Business completed a 180-hour virtual internship with us.

We're triangulating an ecosystem that supports football and sport development across the entire board — pros and their foundations above, alumni beside, high schools below. Your players are the hinge: mentored from above, mentoring down. Tap one player once and the ripple runs both directions.
Underneath it is a question we're seriously trying to answer: what is the measurable impact of sport on the health and the wealth of the communities it serves? We're building a directory of NFLPA players with foundations, tagged by type and size, to turn giveback into something you can actually score.
Point us at a starter group of players — however many you want. We'll match them to alumni who are already raising their hands. If it doesn't deliver, you've lost nothing but a link.
