Sign My Team Up →Each milestone is designed to take the team less than a single 45-minute team meeting per month. Everything else is gravy. Most teams stack way more points by doing more, but the floor is on purpose low.
There's no separate "small school" league. Every AIA team — 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A, 2A, 1A, and Girls Flag — competes against every other team on the same three measures. This is intentional. A 3A team with a hungrier community can absolutely out-score a 6A team coasting on size.
There's no cap on bonus points. Some teams stack hundreds of bonus points by hosting events or bringing in a pro alum — those teams climb fast.
Per UA Football Alumni you recruit who completes one mentor visit.
Per collegiate alumni (any school) you bring on as a guest mentor.
Per NFL / pro alumni you recruit. (Yes — even one visit. NFLPA AZ has your back.)
Per player IDEAS submission beyond the monthly floor of one per player.
Per parent or family member who completes a 360 Human module with a player.
Per fellow AIA team you recruit into the A³ Challenge — the rising tide bonus.
Top teams across all divisions get invited to the A³ Championship dinner in early May. The Coach Kish Pilot Scholarship is awarded live, the May Champion banner is presented, and the Kwame Lassiter Foundation hosts the cardiac-awareness segment. Open to all who participated.
