Everything you do at Aurora, with your family, or in your community falls into one of three loops. Each one earns coins, unlocks badges, and moves you up the Ambassador rank ladder. There is no fixed path — the engine rewards consistency, not heroics.

Learn It

Knowing what to do, before you have to do it. Every module you complete, every scenario you finish, every Bingo card you fill in is "Learn It." It is the easiest pillar to start — and the foundation for the next two.

  • Run the Drowsy Driver scenario before your first DSP shift
  • Complete the Back & Body Bingo Card with your partner over coffee
  • Take the heat-illness refresher before peak season
  • Watch the 360° Body Explorer to understand your own sleep apnea risk

  • Sync a wearable and log 7+ hours of sleep three nights in a row
  • Hit your stretch break every shift for a week
  • File a near-miss report when something almost-happened
  • Bring water and not soda. Bring stairs and not the elevator when you can
  • Pick the non-sedating decongestant. Talk to AmCare about the snoring.
