Tools for Living runs on partners โ companies, schools, unions, faith communities, retailers, and individuals โ who supply the tools, scholarships, mentors, and career training that turn a badge into a career. Claim a zip code, sponsor a region, fund a toolkit. Six ways to get involved below.
Become a Partner โ Claim a RegionPick the one (or more) that fits how you can show up. We'll match you with the region and the program tier that needs you.
Direct dollars to the Incentive Fund that powers the FFH Wheel rewards, the sponsored Level 1 toolkits, and the quarterly $500 trade-school scholarships.
Provide hammers, screwdrivers, hex keys, sandpaper, safety glasses, or full pre-assembled toolkits at wholesale. Co-brand if you'd like โ your logo on the toolkit reveal page.
Fund scholarships to Career Tech Centers, union apprenticeships, or community college trade programs. Restricted by region, trade, or demographic if you'd like.
If you're a trade union, employer, retiree network, scout council, or faith community โ pledge a mentor pool. We'll run your members through the 20-min FFH Mentor Training and match them to learners by zip.
If you train or hire tradespeople โ be on the Career Pathways map. We refer learners directly to your program when they enter their zip. Featured listings, open-house invitations, apprentice recruiting.
Be the hardware store or online retailer where learners redeem their earned toolkit. We handle the codes, you handle the handoff. Foot traffic, brand love, and a future generation of customers.
Tell us where you want to focus โ your business HQ, your home town, the school district you went to, the rural county that has no trade pipeline. Once a region is claimed, we route learners and toolkits in that zip to you first.
Tell us who you are and how you want to show up. We respond within 5 business days with a partnership packet and next steps.
