Four contracted workstreams are in flight. Two are complete; two culminate in early August, clearing the runway for the Aug 31 launch.

Runway activities (Aug 6–28) are the recommended launch-prep cadence and are yours to move; the two August milestones and the Aug 31 launch are the fixed anchors.

Two of four contracts are delivered and paid. The remaining two both close in the first week of August — eight clear weeks before, then three-plus weeks of runway before the Aug 31 Chamber of Health Partners Launch. Nothing critical lands after Aug 5, so the launch window is protected. The single most important thing to lock is the live-data Public Impact dashboard, which is the partner-facing story on launch day.
