What does the Mixed Media Maker look like in practice? This.
You asked for an illustration built from your own published materials. We gave the Maker one webinar, two papers and one podcast episode. It pulled out the core messages and turned each one into something people can take, earn and share, without sitting through the full hour.
A welcome from Coach Lucy and Dr. Rob
Start with the BASICS course. It is your Introduction to Shared Stewardship webinar, Bobby, rebuilt so someone can get the core of it in ten minutes and prove they did.
Your frameworks are the map. This shows how the same ideas reach residents in formats they come back to, while the data tells you where the ripples are moving.
How to take it for a spin
You are in the participant view. Uploading new sources, editing questions, publishing and county analytics are the partner tools. You can see them, locked, under Maker controls.
Shared Stewardship BASICS
Built from Introduction to Shared Stewardship (Bobby Milstein and Verinda Sood), its slide deck, the Essential Stewardship Practices primer and the companion essay in The Fulcrum. The core of a one-hour webinar in about ten minutes.
Invest Upstream: Slide or Stride?
Eight core messages from the Franklin Park investment brief, each one a badge. Together they make the case for investing in prevention and in the communities with the most to gain. Group Leaders then practise with Franklin Park's real 16-initiative portfolio and run the same exercise with their own group.

Game · Build Franklin Park's portfolio
Tap an initiative, then tap the vital condition it primarily advances. All 16 are real, from Table 1 of the report.

Courageous Steward
Eight core messages from Stewards Rising with Courageous Commitments, each one a badge. Finishing the set leads straight into the Healthy Citizen challenge: a personal pledge built from the 15 essential practices and the barn-raising idea, rolling up to a community's Great Stride.
Then take the Healthy Citizen pledge
The wording is ours, inspired by the paper and by the Braver Angels convention pledge it cites. Each signature adds to the community's pledge count in the Engagement Center.
Listening Lab: Relationships in the Lehigh Valley
Becky Payne talks with Samantha Shaak of the Leonard Parker Pool Institute for Health, who also co-authored the Franklin Park brief. Flip the key facts, then answer three questions to earn the Listening Lab badge.

ReThink Health Toolbox webinar recaps
Each webinar becomes a two-minute recap with a Learn It, Live It and Share It remix, tagged to the vital conditions so it shows up wherever a resident is already working on that topic.
Unsung Stewards podcast recaps
Every episode gets a listening card: what it is about, one prompt to take into your own community, and a share action. Group Leaders can assign an episode as a "Listening Lab" for the week.
Speaker gallery by tag
Every author, guest and panelist across the four sources, tagged by theme so a steward can find the person who has already done the thing they are trying to do. People who appear in more than one source are flagged.
Quote cards, ready to push
Each card carries its source, a caption and hashtags. "Queue" sends a card to the Social Posting Center below, where it gets a caption per channel, a Rippel review and a slot on the calendar.
My badge wall
Every badge you earn lands here with a caption ready to post. A finished set becomes a credential card with both logos, for LinkedIn or a coalition newsletter.
Author your community's chapter
Your stories name real places. The Omni Media Maker invites a steward from each one to co-author a chapter for the Force for Health Virtual Library (My Healthy [State]), built on the vital condition their story centers on. Pick a state to see the communities already in Rippel's material and the chapter outline the accelerator hands them.
The focus tags come from how Rippel's own papers, webinars and episodes describe each place. In the live accelerator, each chapter also pulls that county's PHIT Scorecard so the author can see where their community stands on the matching measures before they write.
Engagement Center
One place that merges it all: every source, every format it became, and what people did with it. The first row counts what you have done on this page. In the live version, the table reads from FFH engagement data by county, so Rippel sees reach and action by place, next to the PHIT Scorecard.

What the live version adds
- Counts by county FIPS, so each Rippel community gets its own reach and action line.
- Pledge and challenge completions feed the Belonging & Civic Muscle view of the PHIT Scorecard.
- Quote-card shares tracked back to the webinar or episode they came from.
- Group Leader rosters, so a coalition sees which groups have finished the investment challenge.
Maker controls
This is what turned four Rippel sources into everything above. In a partnership your team drives it directly. In the test drive you can see each tool but not use it.

What we would do with you
- Run every new webinar, episode and brief through the maker the week it is published.
- Co-host the 2026–2027 partner highlights as recaps, speaker spotlights and quote cards.
- Give Group Leaders in your communities the investment challenge and the pledge.
- Open the Omni Media Maker to one community per state, starting where you already have stories.
What we would need from you
- Written permission to adapt Rippel content and definitions in co-branded formats.
- Your review of wording before anything is shown to residents under your name.
- An introduction to one community ready to pilot the challenge and chapter.

Social Posting Center
Every queued quote card becomes a post: a caption fitted to each channel, a review step where your team approves the wording, and a slot on a two-week calendar. It runs on the Force for Health platform, with no outside scheduling tool.

Suggested slots are Tuesday to Thursday mornings and lunchtimes, a common default. The live version learns the best times from how your own audience engages. Publishing straight to the networks is a partner feature, so it is locked in the test drive.
