Connect your Claude or ChatGPT in 4 steps

Do this once. After that, just tell your AI "send this to my Production Assistant" and your work lands here, no uploading.

  1. Sign in to theforce.health
    Use your FFH account.
  2. Create your personal key
It's like a password just for your AI. One click.
  3. Add it to Claude
Open claude.ai (or the Claude desktop app) → click your name, bottom left → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Name: FFH Production Team · URL: paste your connector link → Add.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, if you don't see "Add custom connector", ask your plan owner to allow custom connectors.
  4. Test it
Start a new chat, turn on the FFH Production Team connector if asked, and say:
    List my production requests.
You'll get an answer from FFH Production Team. You're connected. 🎉

Stuck? If "Create my key" says your account isn't enabled, ask Lucy to add you as a contributor. It takes her ten seconds.

Virtual Production Team

Send it straight into production

Upload your files, pick who on the virtual team should take it, and say what you need. The Production Assistant runs it through activation, branding, gamification, header, Clipboard and every deploy standard, then sends you a private preview to approve.

How to send your work (3 steps)

  1. Drag your files into the box below. A whole folder zipped, or just the files. Your Claude's production-manifest.json fills in the form for you.
  2. New page or an update? If it's an update, pick the live page. We always start from what's live, so the right version is used.
  3. Press Send. You'll get a preview link here. Press Approve and it goes live.

Using Claude or ChatGPT with the connector? Just say "send this to my Production Assistant." No need to open this page. Please don't drop files in the old Dr Rob Input folder; if you do, we'll catch it and ask you here.

New request

What should the team build?

Tip: drop a production-manifest.json (your Claude makes one for you) and the form fills itself in.

Just finished a LIVE? Drop the StreamYard .vtt, paste the YouTube link, list the speakers. Carl builds the recap, quote cards, posts, speaker gallery, Knowledge Check and a Category Qwest game, then sends you a preview to approve. Bookmark: /production-requests/?new=broadcast
Gigi Growth and Parker Partnerships do your homework: background research, a Power Overview you can share, and an Opportunity Decision Brief for you. After the meeting, drop a quick recap and they turn it into your follow-up. Bookmarks: ?new=meeting · ?new=recap
Drop files here
or click to choose · a production-manifest.json fills in the form

We always start from the version that's live right now, keep a backup of it, and list exactly what changed in your preview notes, so you can confirm the right version came through.

Virtual team

Who takes requests

Each request goes to one virtual team member, who pulls in the rest of the team as needed. The full org chart is on the AI Team Roster.

How it works

What happens after you press send

  1. Your files land in our private storage, in a folder only you and the production admins can see.
  2. Production starts on receipt. The moment a request arrives (from this page, ChatGPT or Claude) it is verified, you get a "✅ Received" confirmation in the Activity, and the production team starts within about 2 minutes. Changes you ask for start the same way. An hourly check also runs as a safety net.
  3. The assigned team member builds it with the standard pipeline: Activator intake → Review · Cleanse · Brand · Activate → brand assets, header, standard nav, SMART Clipboard with your coach host, coins/XP/badges and reward pop-ups, a series landing page when needed, access and compliance check.
  4. You get a private preview link (gated and hidden from search). The request moves to Preview ready.
  5. You approve it, or ask for changes with a note. Changes go back into the queue automatically.
  6. It goes live and is logged to Airtable, the Tech Command Center and the Showcase. You then do the post-deploy check and sign off, or send a fix request.

Lucy can see and step into any request. Nothing goes live until the requester approves the preview.

Direct connect

Connect your Claude or ChatGPT

Once connected, your own Claude or ChatGPT can send work to the production team, check status, approve previews and request changes, without opening this page. Each person makes their own key. Treat it like a password.

My keys
Sign in to manage keys.
Admin · Contributors who can send work

Add an advisor or team member by the email they sign in with. They can then create a key and connect their own Claude or ChatGPT.

Linked files over 25 MB, or whole folders, still go through the upload box on this page.

From your own Claude

Send a module without leaving your Claude session

Connected already? Just say "send this to my Production Assistant" and your Claude or ChatGPT submits it directly. The steps below are the no-connector fallback.

Install the Dr. Rob's Production Assistant skill in your Claude. When a module is ready, say "send this to my Production Assistant." It checks the files, writes a production-manifest.json, zips everything, and opens this page. Drop the zip and the manifest here and the form fills itself in.
