Why the Force Field Fact Sheet matters for you

Three things to look for when you read it

It's possible you (or someone you love) has sleep apnea — even if it's been called just "snoring" or "tired all the time."

Sleep apnea symptoms — loud snoring, waking gasping for air, daytime sleepiness, morning headache, the bed partner who watches you stop breathing — are too often dismissed as "just snoring" or "just getting older." We always recommend learning more, whether you've been diagnosed or not. Knowing more helps you, your family, and your community.
