Three things to look for when you read it

    It's possible you (or someone you love) is at meaningful Hip fracture risk — even before any symptoms show up. Most recurrent hip fracture happen without warning.

    Hip fracture is often silent until the first event. The good news: knowing your risk and acting on it (osteoporosis medication, BP control, diabetes management, no tobacco) is enormously powerful. We always recommend learning more, whether you've been diagnosed or not.
