🎯 Step 2 · Asthma

A quick self-reflection.

Five minutes. Eight soft questions. This is not a test, not a diagnosis, and not a clinical screen. It's a chance to pause and notice where you are with asthma — and figure out what learning more might unlock for you next.

There are no wrong answers. Your answers stay on this device. Nothing is sent to anyone unless you choose to print or share it.

Why the Force Field Fact Sheet matters for you

Three things to look for when you read it

It's possible you (or someone you love) has asthma — even if it has not been formally diagnosed yet.

Asthma symptoms — wheezing, coughing at night, shortness of breath with exercise — are often dismissed as "out of shape" or "just allergies." We always recommend learning more, whether you've been diagnosed or not. Knowing more helps you, your family, and your community.
