How this counts toward your Skills Lab work: A PPEC reviewing your “Know Your Care Team” skill can see this list and ask you to name three providers, their role, and how you'd reach each one. Production version: this list also flows back to your patient portal and to the FHIR Observation your care team sees in their EHR.

Every skill a PPEC has verified you can do safely, with the date, who verified it, and how. This is your portable certification transcript — it travels with you to every condition track and (in production) is sent to your care team's EHR.

How sign-off works: Each skill is verified by a credentialed Prepared Patient Educator & Certifier (PPEC) — in person, by live video, or by reviewing a video you upload. Once signed off, a Foundation Skill or Shared Clinical Skill counts in every condition track that uses it — you only have to demonstrate it once.
