People & Roles
Who holds which role, where, and what they can open and do. A person can hold several roles at once (for example Country Director + Community Director + Feedback & Support Specialist). Their primary role decides the menus they see today.

Change a member's role
Everyone has one primary role, which decides the menus and pages they see, and can hold as many extra roles as they need (for example Intern + Tech Support). Changes take effect the next time they open a page. Every change is logged in Role change history.
