What this is

One file: the program, the projected deck, and the room’s live voice

This is the whole evening — doors at 5:30 to close-out at 8:00 — as a timed run of show and as a projectable slide deck. Every speaker gets their own slide with their name, their segment, and three talking points. Between segments, a 50-Year Challenge round gives the room something to shout out — all five drawn from the Commission’s own 10 Things to Know challenge. And during Lucy’s Game Time block, guests scan one QR and answer three questions from their phones — the results close the game live, and Molly reads them again at the Ask.

Built to the committee’s actual run of show (the PCTWC50 Celebration sheet). Every time, speaker and segment below matches it. The 4 Challenge rounds and all 3 live questions live inside Lucy’s 6:55 Game Time block — one QR before the first Challenge, the live results after the last one — so no other speaker loses a single minute. Two things still need you: the Arizona Women’s Hall of Fame inductee names (7:01 slide) and the sponsor names. Edit the SHOW block at the top of this file’s script and everything re-renders.

Every time and speaker below comes from the committee’s PCTWC50 Celebration sheet. Gold rows are 50-Year Challenge rounds; teal rows are the three live questions. The chip on the left is the slide number to be on.

AV cue sheet: laptop → HDMI → house screen. Open 🎦 Present (Slides), press ⛶ Fullscreen, drive with ← →. Keep the title slide (with the QR) up the entire reception so guests scan early. On a trivia slide press ↓ / Space or click Reveal answer. Ask the YWCA to confirm guest wifi in advance — the polls also work if only the presenter's laptop is online (see the fallback note below).

The three live questions

Why these three, and why there: Q1 runs at 6:09 in the settle window, so the room learns the mechanic before it matters. Q2 closes the Presentation at 6:58 — it turns 150 guests into a community-voted priority list across the six locked focus areas, a real artifact for 2027 planning. Q3 opens at 7:26 and runs silently under Molly Ring’s Ask, so Molly can read the number aloud in her concluding remarks. Nobody stops the program for a poll.

If the wifi is bad

Three fallbacks, in order

Same-device demo: the deck syncs across two windows on the presenter's laptop with no internet at all.
Paper backup: print the three questions on the back of the program; a volunteer tallies and the emcee reads the count.
Skip cleanly: the poll slides still read as beautiful question slides. Ask for a show of hands and move on — nothing breaks.

The 5 Challenge rounds need no phones at all — they are shout-outs with a click-to-reveal. Only the three live questions use the QR. The Presentation Committee locked six focus areas. Each gets a decade Look Back and a one-line Look Forward. The rule the Commission set: if it's on the screen, it must be findable in the My Girl Power PHIT™ Score Card — so anyone who asks "where did that number come from?" gets an answer, not a shrug.
