Command Overview
India is mapped the same way as the U.S. network, one level deeper. A national chamber sits over 6 regional chambers, 36 state and territory chambers, and district chambers for about 780 districts. We open one district at a time, starting with Pune.
How a Countrywide Chamber of Health Divides India
Each level has one director and a dashboard that rolls up to the level above. The levels follow India's own government structure, so every chamber has a matching public agency to work with.

India's government already groups states into five Zonal Councils plus the North Eastern Council. Using the same regions means our Regional Directors line up with an existing forum of chief ministers.

Big states add a division level between the state and the districts. Pune is the lead district of the Pune Division.

Prove the model in Pune, then copy it outward. Each ring reuses the same Score Card, seats and scoring.
