Why this matters to everyone

Readiness is a community health issue

The habits that make a recruit ready, like movement, sleep and nutrition, are the same habits that keep a community healthy. And the people who serve shape the places they live long after they take off the uniform.

A community of purpose

You don’t need a uniform in the family to belong here

Fewer Americans than ever have a direct tie to someone who serves. MyHealthyFORCE is a place to close that gap: to understand what service asks of people, to appreciate the families who carry it, and to build the kind of health that makes every community stronger and readier.

A welcome from Coach Lucy and Dr. Rob

We built this challenge to say thank you to the people who serve and the families who serve alongside them, and to invite everyone else to share a little of their discipline.

Start with what you know. Test what you can do. Train for 30 days. Then tell us, and the people who inspired you, how far you came.
