A Community Director membership is a person licensed to activate a community — it comes with passes, a group page and a Chamber of Health™ landing page. A Command Center is an organization's system: your own branded hub, admin seats for your staff, engagement tracking that proves the program worked, and PHIT data built in. Directors often start as Directors and move up to a Command Center when a funder starts asking for numbers.

It's the number of unique people your program is built to reach in a license year — students in your classes, members in your chapter, patients in your panel. We count reach, not logins, because the free Basics Academy is included for everyone a Command Center serves. If you're between tiers, the estimator rounds you to the tier that fits and we confirm it on the call.

Yes. Non-profits get a mission rate applied through a grant code, and pilot cohorts, board members and partner-org members can be seated with invite codes at no charge. List price never moves — the discount lives in the code, so your renewal paperwork stays clean. Tell us your funding source on the quote form.

Any time. Upgrades are prorated against your remaining term, so you only pay the difference. Individual members can move from Basics to Ambassador to Group Leader whenever they're ready, and nothing they've earned — points, coins, streaks, badges — is lost in the move.

It doesn't go dark. Your hub falls back to a free public library page that keeps your URL, your QR codes and your printed materials working — and keeps counting. Renewing turns the full Center back on with your history intact.

It's built for exactly that. Logged-out students are tracked by a random anonymous ID with no name, email, date of birth, grade or IP address. Class codes are pre-created by your admin and picked from a dropdown, so a student never types identifying text. The federal data is free and we cite every source. What you're licensing is the work around it: the ingestion that keeps it current, the zip-to-county lookups, the peer benchmarking, the specialty scorecards — and at Level 3, the one thing no other data platform can sell you, which is your population data joined to what your people are actually doing. A dashboard shows you a number. PHIT shows you whether the number moved because of your program.

Arizona and Pennsylvania are chartered and active. Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, New York, California, Utah and Wisconsin are in active discussions — which means talking, not taken. Everywhere else is open, and so is every metro and rural sub-zone inside the states above, including inside Arizona and Pennsylvania. We invest the platform build and earn on the back end: 50/50 on memberships your audience brings, 80/20 in your favor on professional training booked through your portal, and 20% to you on other products you refer. Your book royalties stay entirely yours — the companion exists to sell more books, not to compete with them.
