Omni-Media Series · The Five-Tool Team · Journey Through Genres
One song. Six genres. Five tools for better team decisions, set to music you can sing on the way to your next big call.
Welcome to Make the Call, our original song for the Five-Tool Team series with Advisory Partner Ricardo Valerdi, PhD. Great teams don't guess when the game is on the line. They slow down, ask better questions, and use every tool they've got. This song puts the five FLASH tools in your ear so they're there when you need them.
Here's your challenge: play it in the genre you love, then in one you'd never choose. Open the lyrics and sing the FLASH chorus out loud. Score your journey, earn coins, and then bring one tool into a real decision this week.

One message, slow down and make the call together, told as Country, Americana, Blues, Jazz, Jazz Big Band and Hip Hop. Listen, score, and learn your way through every genre, then bring the five tools to your next team decision.
Make the Call is an original Force for Health® song written for our Five-Tool Team series. It's inspired by The Five-Tool Team: Bringing Out the Best in People to Make Better Decisions by Ricardo Valerdi, PhD, and his FLASH framework for team decisions: Focus on the questions, Look at the data from more than one angle, Analyze the consequences, Scrutinize the options, and Humanize the decision.
Under pressure, people fall back on whatever is easiest to remember. A chorus is easy to remember. If a team can sing F-L-A-S-H, they can reach for all five tools in the moment, not just the one they're most comfortable with. Six genres means the coach who loves Country, the analyst who lives in Jazz and the teen who only plays Hip Hop can all find their way in.

This lab is the Songs piece of the Five-Tool Team series, one of our Advisory Partner series in the Omni-Media Series, alongside the Learn It Facts, games, course and knowledge checks.
Listening is LEARN It. Now play the whole series: take the Pre-Knowledge Check, flip the Learn It Facts, play Category Qwest and Paradox Match, work through the course, and finish with the Post-Check and your Five-Tool Keepsake.
Pick one decision your team is facing this week. Before anyone votes, sing the chorus in your head and walk it through all five letters. Then come back and score the genre that got you there.
Run it through the course →Slow down, ask better questions, look twice, weigh the cost, and never forget the people.
