A focused partnership preview for Andrea Leonard and the team at CETI. Two integration models. Multi-cancer reach. Workforce-pillar funding pathway. One certifying body for cancer-survivor exercise across every cancer dashboard FFH builds.
FFH is building a family of cancer-specific dashboards — starting with breast cancer (My PinkPOWER Club, live now in partnership with the Larry Fitzgerald Foundation). Colon cancer (My BlueShield Club) is next. Prostate, ovarian, pediatric follow. Each dashboard surfaces incidence + mortality + screening + survival data, anchors a national + state + county PHIT score, and powers the Reality Health Games Challenge through the My Girl Power™ Series and the Fit Family FORCE Ambassador Challenge under A⁴ — Athletes, Artists & Angels in Action.
The piece every dashboard needs but FFH does not build: certified cancer-exercise specialists who can safely guide survivors through movement during and after treatment. That's CETI. 20 years of being the most respected oncology-exercise certification body. Survivor-led. ACSM/NASM/AFAA/ACE-recognized. Hosted on Teachable. Rather than build something competitive, FFH wants to position CETI as the Wellness & Recovery Power Partner across the whole cancer family — one partnership, multi-cancer reach, durable mutual lift.
Andrea built CETI on her own front-line experience. A thyroid cancer survivor whose mother walked through breast cancer, Andrea has spent two decades training fitness professionals to safely and effectively work with cancer survivors at every stage of treatment and recovery.
That lived experience shows up in the curriculum — the certifications aren't theoretical. They're built by someone who has been on both sides of the diagnosis.
CETI's certifications are recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), NASM, AFAA, and ACE. The distance-learning model on Teachable means certifications are accessible to fitness professionals nationwide — and globally.
Andrea's Advisory Council includes a physician, breast cancer survivor, and Tucson Cancer Conquerors leader who came up through CETI's certification — Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Almli. The CETI–FFH partnership doesn't start cold in Southern Arizona; it has a champion already on the ground, in the same community FFH is wrapping with My PinkPOWER Club, the Cologuard Classic, and the Athletes, Artists & Angels in Action⁴ activation.
Born and raised in Tucson. University of Arizona graduate. Graduated medical school with honors. Chief Resident in Anesthesia at University Medical Center. Spent 25+ years in private practice caring for cancer patients.
At age 44, Liz was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction, a year of chemotherapy. The experience of "losing control" of her health prompted a proactive approach to recovery — education, exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction.
She earned her Personal Training Certification through ACSM, then advanced to Cancer Exercise Specialist through CETI. Today she serves as President and Fitness Director for the Tucson Cancer Conquerors, a comprehensive nonprofit healthy-survivorship program centered around exercise, nutrition, education, and peer support.
FFH's Cancer dashboards launch and pilot in Southern Arizona. CETI's credibility arrives hand-delivered through a CETI-certified, Tucson-rooted physician + survivor + nonprofit leader who is actively serving the same community FFH is wrapping. The trust is already built. The relationships already exist.
Tucson Cancer Conquerors becomes a natural pilot site. My PinkPOWER Club + the Cologuard Classic + Dr. Almli's program = three Southern AZ cancer activations sharing one March stage.
Comprehensive nonprofit healthy-survivorship program centered around exercise, nutrition, education, and peer support — the lived embodiment of what CETI certifies and what FFH dashboards measure.
CETI's expertise isn't breast-cancer-only. By landing CETI as the recognized cancer-exercise certifying body across the whole family, the partnership compounds with each new dashboard FFH ships.
Active partnership w/ Larry Fitzgerald Foundation. CETI BCRS path = direct fit.
Cloned from PinkPOWER template. Q3 2026 build target.
Growing demand for survivor exercise post-prostatectomy.
My Girl Power™ Series extension.
Survivor exercise for childhood-cancer survivors + their families.
Both models share the same end goal: more CETI-certified specialists working with cancer survivors, more revenue to CETI, FFH gets a recognized specialty in our Coach Pathway. Differences are about brand identity + go-to-market control.
CETI curriculum delivered under the FFH Certified Coach umbrella. Co-branded as "FFH Certified Cancer Exercise Coach — powered by CETI." Revenue share to CETI per enrollment.
CETI keeps full brand identity. FFH credits the CETI cert toward its own Coach Pathway. Co-marketing + cross-promotion. Rev share on FFH-driven referral enrollments.
FFH is positioned across the $50B Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program ecosystem and parallel state workforce-development funding (Arizona alone has a $47M/yr Workforce pillar led by the Office of Economic Opportunity). When FFH approaches state-level partners — AHCCCS, OEO, ADHS in Arizona; equivalents in other states — CETI gets written into the workforce-pillar line items as the certifying body for Cancer Exercise specialists serving rural communities.
Rural health workforce dollars are explicitly available for "career pipelines, residencies, financial incentives, preceptor stipends, and accredited certification programs." State workforce funding flows TO certified specialists THROUGH CETI as the cert body. FFH builds the pipeline; CETI certifies the pipeline; state RHT + workforce dollars pay for the certifications. Mutual lift, baked into how rural states are now spending their federal money.
FFH writes CETI into proposals as the named certification partner. No competitive RFPs to win — we're already engaging state SORH Directors, SRHA Executive Directors, Governor's Office RHT POCs across all 50 states. CETI rides those conversations.
FFH is building out the Force for Health Certified Coach Pathway — a multi-specialty credentialing track that prepares coaches to operate inside the FFH Network. CETI becomes a recognized specialty within that pathway: a coach who completes the Cancer Exercise Specialist certification (and especially the BCRS path) is credited toward the FFH Coach designation. One certification. Two recognitions.
Realistic ramp from first conversation to first contracted enrollment. Adjust at every step.

Second cancer dashboard ships. CETI is already wired in as the Power Partner. Replicating the playbook gets faster every dashboard.
Two people. One signal path. No committees, no proxies. Coach Lucy owns partnership shape and revenue mechanics; Dr. Rob owns clinical credibility and the oncology + survivorship physician network. Either name in your inbox = the answer is on the way.
Lucy comes out of the enterprise data-services world — selling subscription data products into Tier 1 banks at the largest player in the space. That muscle memory shows up in how FFH structures partnerships: clean revenue mechanics, defined scope, mutual exits, zero hidden levers.
For this partnership: single decision-maker on the FFH side. No committee. No layers. The fastest path from "interesting" to "signed" runs through her direct line.
Pulmonologist, public-health innovator, and 30+-year veteran of patient-education and prevention-systems design. Built and led national health-education ventures across hospital systems, schools, and telehealth before bringing FFH to scale. The clinical voice behind every Dashboard, every PHIT Score domain, and every Reality Health Game.
For this partnership: Dr. Rob is the bridge to the oncology + survivorship physician community. He'll co-sign the BCRS path's clinical alignment, advise on the Coach Pathway's clinical depth, and open doors with hospital systems already in the FFH orbit.
